WORKSHOP SYNOPSIS

 

When seeking to achieve a goal the leader and team effort is important. What is not so often acknowledged is that success also comes in unusual ways. Teams use phrases like “out of the blue” events “things falling into place”, “the right person turns up at the right time”, or “unexpected funds appeared at the last minute”. Sometimes called luck, coincidence fate or an answer to prayer, there now exists scientific explanations for these happenings from the fields of quantum mechanics, heart science and holography that may help us understand how team success happens.

 

Latest research reports that when pursuing a strongly believed in goal “energetic resonance" between the person and the object establishes a “two-way quantum holographic communication channel”. Which simply means that there is an enhanced connection between you and the goal you wish to attract, which can create “synchronistic miracles”. What is needed is a clear vision of what you want and the ablity to enhance energetic goal attraction. The good news is that when you are working with an aligned coherent team the attraction process is amplified.

Workshop method will be experiential, interactive, responsive and practical and include: creative learning exercises, group discussions and exercises, individual reflection and self assessment, behavioural feedback from facilitator and peers, short theory inputs. The workshop is designed to enable participants to understand how they view themselves, others perceive them, and master new skills so that they can transfer the learning directly to improving effectiveness in life and work.
