WORKSHOP SYNOPSIS

Today’s organisations are more insecure and produce more stress than in times gone by, and as such employees are experiencing an increased desire for meaningfulness and fulfilment at work. Research indicates that the more employees experience personal purpose and meaning at work, the more they are committed to the organization. This need for purpose and meaning has been called Spirit at Work.

Spirit at Work reflects a distinct state that involves profound feelings of wellbeing, a belief that one’s work makes a contribution, a sense of connection to others in a common purpose, an awareness of a connection to something larger than self, and a sense of transcendence.
