Team Dynamics

The successful management and leadership of teams is a key to competitive advantage. Most people work in teams, and while that can be a rewarding experience, it can often be frustrating. Typical problems we encounter are: lack of direction; conflicts between team members; lack of ownership; poor leadership; cross-cultural misunderstanding; not all talents are utilised; uneven effort; "politics". With today's increasing emphasis on working together, quality and customer service, more and more attention is being focused on teams, because if they are not effective, it is likely that the business is suffering. At PMCG we focus on the quality of the human dimension of teams, in the belief that if you get that right, people will be motivated to give 110% in their work with each other.
