Team Dynamics
The successful management and leadership of teams is a key to competitive advantage. Most people work in teams, and while that can be a rewarding experience, it can often be frustrating. Typical problems we encounter are: lack of direction; conflicts between team members; lack of ownership; poor leadership; cross-cultural misunderstanding; not all talents are utilised; uneven effort; "politics". With today's increasing emphasis on working together, quality and customer service, more and more attention is being focused on teams, because if they are not effective, it is likely that the business is suffering.
