Our Vision and Philosophy

“To promote Spiritual, Emotional and Economic Growth By Building Partnership, Peace and Prosperity across Cultures”

Effectiveness and success are as much concerned with what goes on inside us as what happens outside. Our values, personality, brain wiring, genes, beliefs and attitudes – our internal processes – have an enormous impact on how we view “reality” they drive our behaviour. In order to maximize effectiveness, success, and happiness it is therefore important that we spend time examining how these internal processes run our lives.

In order to further the process of understanding what’s “inside” we have gathered together 3 of the “best in class” profiling tools which examine:

Cultural Values – (Trompenaars Hampden-Turner)
Team Roles – (Belbin)
Brain Dominance – (Hermann)

Our company is the only company in the world to officially work with and combine these 3 tools.

It is our belief that it is this understanding which gives the real “edge” in achieving sustainable lasting development to discover and maximize your contribution to the world and build world class organizations.

Founded by Philip Merry. PMCG is a Singapore registered company which conducts training, consulting, and research for organisations since 1991.

Highly Tailored Approach

All our programmes are tailored to your specific needs.  With all our clients we ask -

"What are the specific outcomes you want at the end of our involvement with you?"

We then design around those outcomes.  All of our programmes are unique because your organisation is unique.

Our People

Our team of consultants have extensive experience with organisations from all over the world who operate in Asia.

Our team are highly skilled in designing experiential workshops and have many years experience in facilitation with Asian audiences. Case studies and role plays are drawn from our experience in Asia. Our style is interactive and practical encouraging maximum involvement from participants. Workshops are based around the learner's current needs, thus enabling them to transfer the learning directly to real problems in the organisation. Opportunities are created to maximise personal feedback and help individuals gain a high degree of awareness of : -

  • their personal teamwork style
  • their cultural style and values
  • their brain dominance
  • their personal impact
